Of an Entomological Analog

They’re scrubbing their hands and bitching now. Let me

tell you the truth, it would be preferable if you would be

more than just faithful about putting on the poultices

so you see, you are not the only gift the storms have

to leave their marks on their possessions,

and I thought it would be interesting to read

silence in the chamber, a silence that seemed very

massive. The bone shone in the candlelight, white as

nodding heads as Grandmother drew out the

photographs that were either blurred or of such

business somewhere, and it was best to tread lightly

and their other captains will swear the same or we will

pick up the dry ice and get the film from

time, wondering where they buried family.
