Somewhat Anthropomorphized

I should have just kept my mouth shut. But I didn't

assume that everyone calling is a psychotic. All right,

dry bite. He walked more gingerly on the way back, feeling

pretty good as far as these things went--Mr. Amazing had

painted porcelain lips. He kept his eyes closed. He thought

he was just what he was, a big wall of meat with a box of blond hair,

letting the record come sliding partway out of its sleeve, as if the

alley below, deserted save for a blue Dumpster overflowing with

his best hand, walked ahead, opened the gate, waved the other three

eyes straight ahead, leaning forward and squinting through the

uninterrupted solitude. And what could I contemplate to lift

one of those circular clothes-drying racks, and a partially

gauzy white curtain like a figure projected onto a

more glamorous guest, a late cancellation

comfortable as his head passed windows?
