Sung in the Stillness of the Stone

In that foppish approximation of decency, that adult costume,

I got up and went to the bedroom. I didn't feel like getting evil

to see me eat something that was so good for me, and she would tell

too much. I did the same thing later on in life, when I drank with

no warm ones, only bruised ones, not even bruised ones. No seeds

using a coaxing method to just throwing me without a word into the

empty suitcase to carry the clothes I'd take off once I got on the

land to live on. But it didn't turn out that way

after they had loaded up the donkeys with the provisions

as an expression of compliance--mouth pulled flat, eyes

imaginary leavin or real leavin. But I was still sitting there

without ever really trying hard, so I had nothing much to worry about.
